I began my UX journey in 2014 with TechMahindra, working as a User Experience analyst for a big telecom client. As I learned about different customer needs, I became passionate about creating designs that put users first. To improve my skills, I took six month classroom training and got certified as a User Experience Designer.

 

Later I was associated with top service provider companies which included Accenture and Infosys. Over more than 5 years, I worked on projects in industries like banking, telecom, and software, which helped me become better at designing user-friendly solutions.

Currently, I'm at John Deere, where I've been for over 5 years, leading and managing various UX projects. Besides work, I love doing art and crafts in my free time.
